Booking & Appointments
All Mona Kay Beauty appointments are reserved through our booking system.
Please select the correct service when booking so that enough time is reserved for your appointment. If you're unsure which service to choose, please reach out before booking and we'll be happy to help guide you.
Appointment availability shown through the booking system is the most current availability.
By scheduling an appointment with Mona Kay Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined on this page.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Mona Kay Beauty requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Appointment time is reserved specifically for each client. Providing adequate notice gives us an opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
No-Shows & Missed Appointments
An appointment is considered a no-show when a client does not arrive without prior notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking again, and future appointments may require prepayment in full.
